PSA will be on-site at Card City Expo, where attendees can submit their collectibles directly. Whether you're grading a single card or an entire collection, the PSA team will be available on-site to make the process seamless.

Before arriving, please visit the PSA Online Submission Center or download the PSA app to prepare your submission. A printed copy of your form is recommended to expedite check-in, but not required.

Show up in costume and show out! Cosplay is fully encouraged at Card City Expo!
One grand prize winner per day receives a Black Bolt or White Flare ETB, with 10 additional winners per day each taking home a Phantasmal Flames pack!
