Vendor Information

Tables are 2-day only—no single-day (Saturday or Sunday) table options available.

​

  • Food and Drink vendors are NOT permitted.

  • Posters and wall art allowed.

  • Your order includes the listed number of tables and ONLY that amount.

  • Vendors are NOT permitted to set up beyond their designated area.

  • See table/section sizes on the floorplan.

  • You will receive an email with your assigned section and table numbers after all applications have been processed. In the event that the maximum number of tables should be reserved, a waitlist shall be designated.

  • Vendor Credentials and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday. 1 badge per table, 10 per section.

  • You will receive an email with set-up information prior to the event with detailed instructions on load-in information.

  • No Table Refunds.

All vendors are required to comply with the 703 Events Vendor Agreement. Completion of a table purchase constitutes acceptance of all published policies. For a faster checkout experience, please review the terms available under Policies” at the bottom of our website before applying.
